We, at Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, have had a busy summer. We have sold our Spec home, unveiled our new model home at Adelaide in Viera, and currently have many new homes under construction. Here is a recap of our exciting summer.

ADELAIDE is the ideal neighborhood, a 460-acre gated community of single-family homes on the unspoiled shores of Viera’s beautiful Lake Adelaide. Adelaide offers preservation areas, expansive water views, a jogging trail, and recreational amenities to its residents. Since summer has begun, we sold our Spec home which offered expansive lakefront views with an outdoor living resort style lanai and pool area, a gourmet/professional kitchen, and a 4+ car garage. Our spec home is still available for tours by appointment. Additionally, Tea Tree Court has sold-out and many custom homes are currently under construction. As of August 8th, we are excited about the release of the plans for our upcoming model at Adelaide. This model is available for leaseback and includes furnishings, décor, and a custom pool.

CASA BELLA is a private gated community in Melbourne. The oak-lined entrance is dotted with multiple lakes and large fountains. With easy access to I-95 via the new Pineda Expressway extension and the local schools, Casa Bella is a sought-after neighborhood. Christopher Burton Luxury Homes is currently building in Casa Bella. Lots are still available and our model home is currently under construction.
